We’ve already done the oil tank scan. We were working on the survey, today. You can see the street is awesome. Awesome place. It’s down by the beach. Great, great views, and close walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the Bay, where house is on the Bay side. But it’s awesome. This is a two bedroom, one bath Cape that we’re actually going to probably make it into a four bedroom, two bath Cape. So we’re so looking forward to it.
